05 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can't find your answer? Send your question using the form below.

How are fees determined?

Fees depend on scope, complexity and the time required. After an initial discussion, I send a written proposal setting out scope, timeline and fees before any work begins.

What documents should I prepare?

For an initial discussion, a brief overview is enough. Later stages usually require the latest financial statements, trial balance and supporting documents relevant to the scope.

Can you issue an audit opinion?

I do not hold an Indonesian Public Accountant licence. I am affiliated with KAP Wartono & Rekan as a non-Public Accountant partner. An audit opinion is issued and signed by the responsible licensed Public Accountant through the KAP, rather than by me in a personal capacity. Engagement acceptance and independence are assessed before work begins.

How is confidentiality protected?

All client information is treated as confidential under the professional code of ethics. Sensitive documents are shared through an agreed channel, not ordinary chat messages.

Can you work remotely?

Yes. Discussions and most of the work can be done online. On-site visits are arranged as the engagement requires.
